Do you have the funds to maintain a vehicle?
You might be pretty sure that you don’t have the funds to move homes, or to even get yourself shade structures to park your vehicle outdoors. But you might think you have enough funds to maintain a vehicle. Be very sure of this. Ask a friend who owns their own vehicle of their experience; particularly about maintaining it. Is the traffic on your commute worth travelling in your own vehicle?
In all honesty, this is probably the reason many urbanites avoid having their own vehicle and prefer using public transportations.
